Property check following major weather event such as earthquakes
Prompt updates via message and email with photos to owner between 8am and 8pm everyday where necessary and for emergencies 24 hour
Management and payment of utility bills, such as taxes (IMU and TARI) through accountant if necessary – accountant fee excluded
General and bureaucratic assistance

In addition to the Essential package services:

Management of personnel (cleaners, gardeners, pool cleaner, etc…)
Ready house service upon arrival: checking systems operation, turning on heating or air conditioning, opening windows for air exchange
Extra visits
Opening property for third-parties (interventions, inspections and quotes)
Delivery point service for online purchases

In addition to the Premium package services:

Grocery shopping service on arrival
Exterior tidy-up and garden furniture arrangement at the beginning and end of each season
Additional visits

The number of checks and small errands available per year vary depending on the package type chosen.

All packages are invoiced on a monthly basis for your full peace of mind.

Holiday house Property Management package

In addition to the services included in the Complete package provided for second homes:

completion of bureaucratic procedures ( registration and obtaining of the CIN code)
guest check-in and check-out (includes compulsory guests’ registration on

the Police and Regional website, tourist tax compliance)

availability to guests for special requests and emergencies
pick-up and drop off of laundry (sheets and towels) at the laundrette
implementation of health and safety measures by organising regular services for boilers and extinguishers as per Italian law
we can also organise activities for guests such as wine tasting, cooking classes or access to a private chef in the residence

On request we can also manage the advertising of the holiday house on various portals and manage bookings
